It's like 'End of Watch' intro. 'We're the police. We do not write the laws. We are a consequence. If you run, we will chase you. We do not stop, we don't go away.'
All I know is I'm getting a kick out of the 'Minnestota Riots' and 'looting'. LOL x 1000. It's like Canada up there. You just get glimpses of what is 'urban life', but you're really just small town hicks in a populated area. Not 'urban' in the street sense. Sure, there's lots of you...but there's not a lot of... THEM, the others...and that's a huge difference. And you're comfortable with that and it shows even though you don't know that it shows. It's charming. No one and I mean no one can match LA when it comes to riots, though. These rioters up there, are too well dressed and even ...kind of polite. You have your regular shoppers and then the looters all co-mingling, paying no mind to each other. Some of 'em are paying for their stuff, others aren't. And no one is stopping them or even trying to. Like...'ah, whatever...' I wouldn't be surprised if they cleaned up after themselves. Riots...LOL...everything that goes on in ...North America when it gets right down to it...you get so far north, the midwest areaish...and it's diluted so much that it becomes farcical. Everything that is cultural..the 'hard' part of 'America' and 'North Armerica' becomes muted and dull. That's why all of your rock and roll sucks, to be honest. There just isn't that 'roughness' up there. That jagged edge. Which is wonderful in many ways, barring the weather. The weather saves you more than you think. It shapes culture when your 'outside' all the time 365. Everyone is peaceful in their living room. You know I'm right. Don't even try.

Wow... an ANTI-Minnesota rock n roll post. I lived long enough to read THAT. I will leave out Prince... Bob Dylan.. and The Andrews Sisters www.youtube.com/watch?v=rxyo3IIb6wIThe Replacements... they also wrote "Here comes a regular..." which I love for the title www.youtube.com/watch?v=p39oPw45tbESugar - which was borne out of another band from Minneapolis that went nowhere fast Hüsker Dü. Sully would know them.

Bob Dylan wasn't rock and roll. Not the Andrews Sisters, unless there are some hidden videos. Prince I gots respect for. but there's always an exception. It's a great tool to counter an argument but by the numbers...doesn't hold water no matter how many examples you have. And two of them were ridiculous.
